We’re kicking off Know Your Numbers Week at Grove Park London, SE12 9TR, on Sunday 6 September 2026, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The day is all about simple testing, friendly conversations, and helping more people understand what their blood pressure numbers mean.

Led by the Africa Advocacy Foundation in partnership with King’s College London, this campaign brings together local organisations, faith leaders, and trained Community Champions.
