We’re kicking off Know Your Numbers Week at Grove Park London, SE12 9TR, on Sunday 6 September 2026, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The day is all about simple testing, friendly conversations, and helping more people understand what their blood pressure numbers mean.

Today we were out on the ground in Lewisham salons and barbershops, bringing real conversations about health into everyday spaces.
